VLAN Port Membership

OIDs here define and count which ports belong to a VLAN — restricted-registration controls limiting dynamic VLAN creation, and per-port, per-VLAN frame and discard counters, including high-capacity variants for very fast links. Admins use the restricted-registration flag to prevent unauthorized VLANs from being created dynamically via GVRP, and the in/out frame and discard counters to confirm traffic is actually flowing on the intended VLAN and to spot configuration problems, like overly strict VLAN filtering, causing unexpected discards. High-capacity counter variants exist purely to avoid wraparound on 100Gbps-and-faster links where a standard counter would overflow too quickly to be useful.
