dpVlanPortIfUntagAllowVlanLstFirst2K

Module: DLINKPRIME-VLAN-MIB

OID (symbolic): DLINKPRIME-VLAN-MIB::dpVlanPortIfUntagAllowVlanLstFirst2K

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.171.28.26.1.1.1.6

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: Dlink2kVlanList

Access: read-write

Description: This object specifies the VLANs in a string of octets containing one bit per VLAN for VLANs 1 to 2048.

If the bit is set to '1', then the interface is allowed to be the VLAN's untagged member.

Note: This value is meaningful only when the VLAN mode of the port is 'hybrid' or 'dot1qTunnel'.

What is dpVlanPortIfUntagAllowVlanLstFirst2K?

This bitmap, one bit per VLAN ID 1 through 2048, marks which lower-numbered VLANs the port may carry as an untagged member. It is meaningful only when the port is in hybrid or dot1qTunnel mode, giving the admin control over which VLANs get sent untagged out of a hybrid port, typically for end-station-facing ports mixing tagged and untagged VLANs. Setting the bit for VLAN 10 here would let a hybrid port deliver VLAN 10 frames untagged to an attached PC while still tagging other VLANs on the same link.
