What is hh3cVoiceVlanPortLegacy?
This flag indicates whether legacy compatibility handling is enabled for voice VLAN on this interface, for interoperating with older or non-standard IP phone behavior. An admin enables it (true) on ports connected to phones that don't fully follow the switch's expected voice VLAN negotiation. For example, setting this to true(1) on a port with an older handset model can restore correct voice VLAN tagging that would otherwise fail.
