Is there a free trial?
Yes. You can evaluate IPNetwork Monitor with 500 monitors for 30 days. After that, the product continues to run with 50 monitors free forever — no credit card required. Download from the Download page.
How is licensing structured?
IPNetwork Monitor is licensed as a perpetual on-premises product. You purchase a license for a specific edition and can use that version indefinitely in production. Each new license includes 1 year of Maintenance & Support (updates and email support). At checkout you can extend Maintenance & Support to 2 or 3 years, or renew it later while keeping the same perpetual license.
What does “Maintenance & Support” include?
Email support from our engineers and access to product updates released during your Maintenance & Support term. If Maintenance & Support expires, your license continues to work; you can renew Maintenance & Support at any time to receive updates and priority support again.
Can I upgrade my edition later?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time by paying only the price difference between editions. Your configuration and monitoring data remain intact. Contact us via Support for an upgrade link.
How are “Monitors” and “Remote Agents” counted?
Each edition defines the maximum number of active monitors (the total amount of monitor isn't limited) and how many Remote Network Agents are included. If you need more active monitors or agents, choose a higher edition; that doesn't otherwise affect the deployment process.
Do prices include taxes/VAT?
Taxes (e.g., VAT/GST) are handled at checkout by our payment processor PayPro Global and may be added depending on your location and tax status. You can enter a valid VAT/Tax ID at checkout where applicable.
What payment methods are supported?
Major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank/wire transfer are supported by PayPro Global. The corporate buyers can use purchase order option (PO), automatically supported by Paypro Global. All the purchase related documents are available from your Paypro Global customer portal. Contact us if you would need assistance.
