What is rlPortVlanTriplePlayMulticastTvList1to1024?
This read-write VlanList1 holds the statically created Triple Play multicast TV VLANs in the 1-1024 range that apply to this port. An admin sets it to control which IPTV multicast VLANs a Triple Play (voice/video/data) service port participates in for the lower VLAN range. For example, adding VLAN 100 here enrolls the port in the IPTV multicast VLAN carrying the standard channel lineup.
