What is swPortSecMgmtByVLANOnPortClearAction?
This control clears port security entries for the VLAN and port specified by swPortSecMgmtByVLANOnPortClearVID and swPortSecMgmtByVLANOnPortClearPort when set to start(2); reading it always returns other(1). Admins use it to reset learned addresses for just one VLAN-on-port combination rather than a whole port or VLAN. After setting the target port and VID, setting swPortSecMgmtByVLANOnPortClearAction to start(2) clears only that specific VLAN's learned addresses on that specific port.
