What is rldot1qPortVlanStaticForbiddenList1025to2048?
This read-write VlanList2, defaulting to {0}, continues the port's forbidden-VLAN list into the 1025-2048 range, blocking those VLANs from being dynamically learned onto the port. An admin uses this to lock down higher-numbered VLANs on ports where dynamic VLAN registration protocols are active but certain VLANs should never appear. For example, forbidding VLAN 1500 here stops that VLAN from ever being auto-added to the port even if GVRP advertises it.
