What is swPortSecVLANOnPortAddCtrl?
This read-create action object configures a per-VLAN-per-port learning limit row, returning other(1) on a get and requiring add(2) to be written to create the limit. Setting it to add(2) requires swPortSecVLANOnPortMaxLernAddr to already be set to a valid value other than -1, since the two objects work together to establish the row's limit. An admin adding a new VLAN-on-port restriction would first set swPortSecVLANOnPortMaxLernAddr to the desired count, then set swPortSecVLANOnPortAddCtrl to add(2) to commit it.
