What is ctDot1qPortVlanEgressType?
This value, indexed by port and VLAN, indicates whether frames for that VLAN leaving the port are tagged, untagged, or forbidden from egressing at all. An admin checks it alongside ctDot1qPortVlanEgressStatus to confirm the downstream device on that port will actually see the VLAN traffic in the expected 802.1Q tagging format. For example, untagged(2) on an access port confirms the switch strips the VLAN tag before the frame reaches the connected end station.
