What is rldot1qPortVlanStaticUntaggedEgressList1to1024?
This read-write VlanList1, defaulting to {0}, lists which VLANs from 1-1024 a port egresses without an 802.1Q tag, i.e. its untagged VLAN membership at the lower range. An admin sets this so devices attached to the port that don't understand VLAN tags (like plain PCs) still receive frames for those VLANs stripped of tags. For example, setting VLAN 1 in this list means frames for VLAN 1 leave the port untagged, appropriate for an access-style device plugged into an otherwise trunked port.
