What is me1200ArpInspectionPortConfigCheckVlan?

This per-port TruthValue determines whether ARP Inspection on the port checks entries against the per-VLAN configuration table or the per-port configuration table. Enabling it makes the port's ARP validation defer to arpInspectionVlanConfigTable settings, while disabling it makes validation use arpInspectionPortConfigTable settings instead, letting an admin choose whether VLAN-wide or port-specific policy governs logging. For example, an admin managing many ports on the same VLAN might enable me1200ArpInspectionPortConfigCheckVlan so all those ports share one VLAN-level logging policy instead of configuring each port individually.
