What is vlanUntagPortMemberAdd?

This object adds ports as untagged members of a VLAN, accepting a port list formatted like '1, 3, 4-7, 11', where untagged means the port forwards packets for that VLAN without any 802.1Q tag. Admins use this to add access-style ports to a VLAN so connected end devices, which typically don't understand VLAN tags, receive plain untagged frames. Setting vlanUntagPortMemberAdd to "1-4" for a given VLAN would add ports 1 through 4 as untagged members of that VLAN.
