What is cmEthernetNetPortPppoeOuterVlanPriority?
This read-write VlanPriority specifies the priority bits carried in the outer VLAN tag of PPPoE traffic on this network port. An administrator sets this to ensure PPPoE session traffic receives appropriate priority handling across the provider's aggregation network. For example, raising this priority value helps PPPoE control traffic get preferential queuing over best-effort data sharing the same outer VLAN.
