What is eponSrvProfileEthPortNativeVlanId?

This sets the native, untagged VLAN ID applied to untagged frames received on Ethernet ports using this service profile, per the object's name and EponVlanId syntax (the description is only the placeholder 'Description.'). Because subscriber devices commonly send untagged Ethernet frames, this is the VLAN those frames get implicitly tagged into as they cross into the operator's VLAN-aware network, so misconfiguring this on a service profile can silently misroute an entire batch of subscribers' untagged traffic into the wrong service VLAN. Setting this to VLAN 100 means any untagged frame arriving on a port using this profile is treated as belonging to VLAN 100 for the rest of its path through the network.
