where x : 1 - The represented port belongs to the VLAN
          0 - The represented port does not belong to the VLAN

What is vlanInfoPorts?

Reports the set of switch ports that are members of a specific VLAN, encoded as a bitmap where each bit position corresponds to a port number. This shows which ports can send and receive traffic within that VLAN.
