What is vlanAccessPortModeMcstTvVlanId?
This read-write VlanIndex specifies the multicast TV VLAN assigned to a port running in access mode, used for IPTV-style multicast delivery separate from the port's regular data VLAN. An admin configures it so that a set-top box or IPTV client on an access port receives multicast video streams without being placed fully into the multicast VLAN for its data traffic. For example, an admin sets this to VLAN 200 on a residential access port so the attached set-top box joins the multicast TV VLAN 200 for channel streams while data traffic stays on the access VLAN.
