Description: Manages service access (SA) parameters and traffic profiles for Ceragon microwave radio systems.
Start monitoring vendor-neutral, standards-based MIB, any SNMPv3-capable network device (SNMP engine identity/boot/clock status) with a free 30-day trial of IPNetwork Monitor. Import MIBs, browse SNMP OIDs, create custom SNMP monitors, configure alerts, and monitor any SNMP-enabled network device from a single console.
What Is CM-SA-MIB?
CM-SA-MIB is an ADVA Optical Networking proprietary MIB providing Service Assurance test capabilities (ECPA — Ethernet Continuity/Performance Assessment) for the F3 (FSP150CM/CC) product lines. Its control table, keyed by index, configures source port, test type, frame count/duration, injector/monitor direction, up to three configured test streams, a start/stop action, test status, storage type, and row status, while a stream-configuration table defines each stream's name, frame size, rate, payload type, signature, and destination MAC address. As a diagnostic/configuration MIB it lets an administrator run an on-demand Ethernet service-assurance test between two points and review its pass/fail status. It is deployed on ADVA Optical Networking FSP150CM/CC (F3) platforms. Engineers can download the CM-SA-MIB file directly to load it into their MIB browser.
IPNetwork Monitor allows you to monitor SNMP objects defined in CM-SA-MIB. Use the built-in SNMP Monitoring Browser to explore available variables, view their current values and descriptions, and select the objects you want to monitor. You can then create SNMP monitors, configure thresholds, and receive alerts when monitored values change.
Supported Devices
- ADVA Optical Networking FSP150CM/CC (F3) platforms
Monitoring Examples
A field engineer configures ecpaConfigStreamTable with the required frame size and rate, then triggers ecpaControlAction to run a service-assurance test before turning up a new Ethernet circuit on an ADVA FSP150.
What Can Be Monitored
- Ethernet service-assurance test configuration and status

RFC description
Manages service assurance, probes, reflectors, and performance monitoring on ADVA FSP150 optical networking equipment.
Start monitoring ADVA/Ceragon FSP150 CM/CC (F3) microwave & Carrier Ethernet transport platform with a free 30-day trial of IPNetwork Monitor. Import MIBs, browse SNMP OIDs, create custom SNMP monitors, configure alerts, and monitor any SNMP-enabled network device from a single console.
