What is ecpaTestStreamMonRxSeqGaps?
This read-only PerfCounter64 reports the total number of sequence gaps received so far; it does not exist while the test is still in the initial state. It counts missing sequence numbers in the received stream, a more precise loss indicator than a simple transmit/receive frame-count difference. For example, a rising SeqGaps count alongside a stable MonRxFrames count suggests occasional frames are being silently dropped rather than merely delayed.
