esaReflectorIndex is a read-create Integer32 uniquely identifying a row in the ESA Reflector table. An administrator uses this purely as the table key when creating or referencing a specific reflector definition that one or more probes will target. For example, two different probes testing two different customer circuits can each point at their own reflector row simply by referencing that reflector's distinct index.
