What is ecpaTestStreamMonRxAvgDelay?
This read-only Unsigned32 reports the average delay, in microseconds, across all frames received so far; it does not exist while the test is still in the initial state. It gives the overall typical latency for the test run, the figure usually compared against a customer's latency SLA target. For example, an AvgDelay comfortably under a customer's 5ms SLA, even with occasional MaxDelay spikes, would still let the operator sign off the circuit.
