This read-only PerfCounter64 reports the total number of frames transmitted, or generated, so far; it does not exist while the test is still in the initial state. It gives the running count of test frames actually sent, the baseline against which received frames and loss are measured. For example, a MonTxFrames count that stalls while MonElapsedTime keeps climbing indicates the generator itself has stopped producing traffic, a fault independent of the receive path.
