What is bertTestStreamMonRxBitsSinceLastSync?
This read-only PerfCounter64 counts bits received since the most recent synchronization event, per its description, serving as the denominator for a BER calculation scoped to just the current sync period. An administrator pairs this with bertTestStreamMonRxBitErrsSinceLastSync to compute a BER specific to the time since the last resync, rather than the whole test. For example, an operator wanting to know if a link has been clean since it last resynced would divide the errors-since-last-sync counter by this bits-since-last-sync counter.
