What is esaProbeDestMepType?
This read-create MepDestinationType, applicable only to Y.1731 probes, indicates whether the destination MEP is specified using the MEP ID object esaProbeDestMepId. It determines whether the far-end MEP for this probe is identified by MAC address or by CFM Remote MEP ID. For example, setting DestMepType to use MEP ID lets the probe rely on the CFM continuity-check database to find the remote MEP rather than requiring a manually entered MAC address.
