What is esaReflectorStorageType?

esaReflectorStorageType is a create-time StorageType value describing whether this reflector's configuration is kept in volatile or non-volatile storage. An administrator relies on it to know whether the reflector definition survives a device reboot or must be re-provisioned afterward. For example, a reflector left in volatile storage would vanish after a card reset, breaking every probe that depends on it until someone notices and recreates it.
