This read-create EsaProbePktIntervalType, applicable only to Y.1731 probes, specifies the LMM frame transmission period; only interval-1sec is supported for Loss Measurement Frames. It sets how often this probe sends Y.1731 Loss Measurement frames, fixed to a 1-second cadence for LMM. For example, because only interval-1sec is supported, an operator can't slow down LMM frequency to reduce probe overhead on a very congested Y.1731-monitored service.
