This read-only PerfCounter64 counts the number of SLA sample data points that measured below the configured minimum value for the distribution histogram. An administrator watches this counter to catch unexpectedly good (or anomalously low, possibly erroneous) measurements that fall outside the histogram's intended range entirely. If esaProbeDistStatsLTMin climbs steadily on a delay probe, an operator might suspect the configured bin range starts too high and needs to be lowered to capture the true distribution.
