Description: The number of (time) Synchronization Errors from reflector to probe in the current interval.

What is esaProbeStatsR2PSyncErrs?

esaProbeStatsR2PSyncErrs is a 64-bit performance counter counting timestamp synchronization errors between the probe and reflector clocks encountered while measuring the reflector-to-probe (R2P) leg, for the interval that is still being actively collected (the live bin). Because one-way delay and jitter depend on the probe and reflector clocks agreeing, a technician checks this counter first; if it is non-zero, the one-way numbers in that same bin cannot be trusted. For example, a technician who sees odd one-way delay swings on the live dashboard checks this live sync-error count first, and if it is climbing, treats the delay readings as unreliable until clock sync is restored rather than chasing a false network problem.
