Description: This attribute is only applicable to Layer 3 ICMP Timestamp and Layer 2 Y.1731 probes. This is the minimum absolute P2R Jitter value. .
What is esaProbeStatsMinAbsP2RJitter?
esaProbeStatsMinAbsP2RJitter is an unsigned 32-bit value that reports the lowest recorded absolute-value one-way jitter (magnitude of the delay swing regardless of direction), in microseconds, from the probe to the reflector, applicable to Layer 3 ICMP-timestamp and Layer 2 Y.1731 probes, for the interval that is still being actively collected (the live bin). Because it discards the sign of the swing, this absolute-jitter figure from the probe to the reflector gives a technician a single severity number to alarm on without watching the positive and negative jitter counters separately. For example, if this minimum absolute jitter from the probe to the reflector holds steady at its usual floor while spikes show up elsewhere in the same live bin, the technician watching the dashboard right now can conclude the path itself is healthy and the spikes are transient.
