What is bertTestStreamMonRxBitErrsSinceStart?
This read-only PerfCounter64 counts the total number of received bit errors detected since the BERT test started, per its description. An administrator uses this raw error count, together with bertTestStreamMonRxBitsSinceStart, to compute the overall bit error rate for the entire test duration. For example, an operator closing out a completed test would record bertTestStreamMonRxBitErrsSinceStart as the headline error count in a customer-facing line-quality report.
