esaProbeStatsValid is a true/false flag indicating whether the data in this live bin is complete and trustworthy. A bin created right when the probe starts, or right after a configuration change, may not yet contain a full interval's worth of samples, so a technician checks this flag before trusting the numbers in a young bin. For example, a probe that was just re-provisioned mid-interval will show this flag false for that first partial bin, telling the technician to ignore its counters rather than mistake them for a real performance drop.
