This read-only PerfCounter64 is the historical counterpart to f3EsaProbeStatsSoamPmExtAvgAbsRTJitter, recording the average round-trip jitter for a completed, archived interval. An administrator uses this archived average to build long-term jitter trend charts for a circuit. For example, an operator tracking jitter degradation over months would plot f3EsaProbeHistorySoamPmExtAvgAbsRTJitter from each archived interval to see if a slow upward trend is developing.
