What is f3EsaProbeHistorySoamPmExtNumRTFDR?
This read-only PerfCounter64 is the historical counterpart to f3EsaProbeStatsSoamPmExtNumRTFDR, recording how many round-trip FDR samples were collected during a completed, archived interval. An administrator's tools use this archived count with the archived sum to verify a past round-trip average FDR value. For example, an auditor validating an old SLA report would recompute the round-trip average from the archived sum and this sample count.
