What is esaReflectorDirection?

esaReflectorDirection is a read-create EsaReflectorDirection value specifying the direction the ESA Reflector operates in. An administrator sets this to match the topology of the monitored circuit, since a reflector configured for the wrong direction would not correctly turn around test traffic on the intended path. For example, configuring the direction incorrectly on a reflector serving an asymmetric access circuit could make the reflector answer test traffic on the wrong logical path, producing delay figures that do not represent the customer's actual service direction.
