What is ecpaConfigStreamInnerVlan2Prio?
This read-write VlanPriority sets the inner (second) VLAN priority for the stream template, valid only when ecpaConfigStreamInnerVlan2Enabled is enabled. It sets the 802.1p priority carried on that innermost third VLAN tag. For example, differentiating this innermost tag's priority from the outer tags helps verify that priority is preserved correctly through each layer of a triple-tagged path.
