What is esaProbeDistHistoryLTMin?
This read-only PerfCounter64 records, for a saved historical snapshot, how many sample data points measured below the histogram's configured minimum value at the time the snapshot was taken. An administrator reviews it when investigating whether a past measurement window had an unusually large share of below-range readings. A high esaProbeDistHistoryLTMin value on an old snapshot might prompt an operator to check whether the bin configuration in effect at that time was set too narrow for the traffic being measured.
