Category: Device Management
Description: MIB for Compex IN3000 series network devices covering interface management, routing, and device configuration.
Start monitoring vendor-neutral, standards-based MIB, any SNMPv3-capable network device (SNMP engine identity/boot/clock status) with a free 30-day trial of IPNetwork Monitor. Import MIBs, browse SNMP OIDs, create custom SNMP monitors, configure alerts, and monitor any SNMP-enabled network device from a single console.
What Is COMPEX-IN3000?
COMPEX-IN3000 is a Compex Systems proprietary MIB (enterprise OID 426) for the IN3000 device platform, exposing product identity information (name, version, release date), vendor contact details (address, phone), and a development-team table. As a lightweight inventory MIB it lets an administrator confirm product name/version and access basic vendor-support contact information directly through SNMP. It is deployed on Compex IN3000 devices. Engineers can download the COMPEX-IN3000 file directly to load it into their MIB browser.
IPNetwork Monitor allows you to monitor SNMP objects defined in COMPEX-IN3000. Use the built-in SNMP Monitoring Browser to explore available variables, view their current values and descriptions, and select the objects you want to monitor. You can then create SNMP monitors, configure thresholds, and receive alerts when monitored values change.
Supported Devices
- Compex Systems IN3000 devices
Monitoring Examples
An administrator polls productVersion on a Compex IN3000 unit to confirm its firmware revision when auditing a fleet of these devices for a known issue affecting only certain versions.
What Can Be Monitored
- product name/version and vendor contact information
