What is hmiStatusReq?
This counter tallies the total number of HMI STATUS requests the IN3000 has sent, a specific HMI message type used to query the current operational status of the device or its ports. An admin would expect this to track closely with how frequently a management station polls the device for health information. A steady hmiStatusReq rate that suddenly stops would suggest the management station has lost contact with the device rather than the device itself failing.
