An admin would note an unusually high or rapidly increasing count as a sign that some buffer is being repeatedly resized, which can fragment the heap over time. Correlating a spike in reallocCalls with a rise in mnodeCoalesces would help an admin confirm that resizing activity is driving heap fragmentation.
