What is bogusInterrupts?
This counter tallies the total number of interrupts the CPU received that did not correspond to any recognized, expected interrupt source. A rising count can indicate hardware-level electrical noise or a failing component generating spurious interrupt signals. An admin seeing bogusInterrupts climb on an otherwise stable device would consider that early evidence of failing hardware rather than a software issue.
