What is hmiError?
This counter tallies the total number of errors that occurred while the IN3000 was processing HMI requests. A rising value indicates the management station and the device are having trouble communicating correctly over the HMI protocol, whether from malformed requests or an internal processing fault. An admin seeing hmiError climb alongside failed management operations would treat that as evidence the HMI conversation itself, not just the network path, is the problem.
