What Is APPLIC-MIB?

Monitoring Examples
An administrator would walk lseGroupTable and inspect each lseGroupEntry's lseGroupId to identify a specific segment group, then check lseGroupActiveMonitor to confirm monitoring is turned on for that group. Configuration parameters like lseGroupFastOpen, lseGroup10MSqlt, and lseGroupSmartSqlt would be compared against expected values to verify the segment's collision/squelch behavior hasn't drifted from its intended tuning. Cross-referencing lntLanSwitch and lntTopology alongside the group table lets an operator confirm that the segment's place in the overall LAN topology matches the physical wiring plan. Because SMON is referenced, unusual counters surfaced there would prompt a check of the corresponding lseGroup parameters for a misconfigured segment.
