Description:
The port increases the priority level of the high-speed bus packets after the defined number (0..255) trials.
What is lseIntPortRetryPriorityLevel3?
Integer (0-255) retry threshold for third/final priority promotion. Engineers set highest to grant eventual transmission to stubborn low-priority packets after prolonged waiting.
