Description:
Setting this parameter to on(1) enables an I/O port to learn incoming MAC addresses received in its port and store them in its CAM. Packets with destination address that match the CAM addresses are not transferred to the high speed bus.
What is lseIntPortLearnIOCAM?
Enum (on/off) enabling I/O port to learn incoming MAC addresses and suppress HSB forwarding. Engineers enable this on monitoring ports; learned addresses bypass the backbone bus, reducing congestion.
