Rising Threshold Alarm

OIDs here define the trigger point above which a rising metric, such as response time or subscriber port usage, fires an alarm, along with counters of how many entities are currently above that threshold. Admins set the threshold to match what counts as a real problem for their environment, an acceptable response time or a safe port-usage ceiling, then use the crossed-threshold counters to see how widespread the issue currently is rather than just that it exists somewhere. Because these thresholds are always paired with a specific metric named in the object, read the surrounding object name to know exactly what's rising before tuning the trigger point.
