This OID identifies which quality-of-service traffic priority policy is applied to outgoing data from HSMDA-2 subscriber accounts on a mobile network. The policy controls how much bandwidth each subscriber gets and which traffic types are prioritized. A network operator would modify this to assign different service tiers to subscriber groups, such as premium subscribers getting faster service than standard ones.
