This OID stores bandwidth allocation in kilobits per second for a multicast admission control policy, with -1 meaning no limit and 0 meaning blocked entirely. Setting this value tells the device how much bandwidth each subscriber can use for multicast video or other group content, preventing network congestion. An operator managing IPTV networks would set this per subscriber type to control how much shared video bandwidth each customer can consume.
