This OID stores the name of a scheduler configuration to be used when the system modifies internet traffic rates for video streaming. It tells you which scheduler policy (a set of rules for controlling when traffic is allowed) is active for managing outgoing multicast video. A network operator would set this when configuring a video service to ensure bandwidth is shaped according to a specific schedule, like allowing more traffic during business hours.
