This object references which egress IP filter policy applies to subscriber traffic leaving the network through a specific filter profile. A value of 0 means no filter is applied, while other values point to filters defined in the TIMETRA-FILTER-MIB that enforce QoS, security, or traffic engineering rules. Service providers use this to implement subscriber-specific traffic control policies that shape outbound traffic based on service level agreements.
