Description: The value of tmnxCcIpFltrIpOptionValue specifies the value the first IP option of the IP header should have.
If the value of tmnxCcIpFltrIpOptionMask is not 0 the IP option of the IP header will first be ANDed with the tmnxCcIpFltrIpOptionMask before it is compared with tmnxCcIpFltrIpOptionValue.
