What Is ACD-PORT-MIB?
ACD-PORT-MIB is an Accedian Networks proprietary MIB exposing per-port configuration and identity on Accedian network demarcation devices. Its data covers port name/alias, MAC address, connector type, administrative state, MTU, and auto-negotiation configuration. As a configuration-status MIB it lets an administrator confirm a port's operational parameters (MTU, auto-negotiation, state) match the intended service configuration before diagnosing a connectivity or performance issue further upstream. It is deployed on Accedian MetroNID and similar carrier Ethernet demarcation devices. Engineers can download the ACD-PORT-MIB file directly to load it into their MIB browser.
IPNetwork Monitor allows you to monitor SNMP objects defined in ACD-PORT-MIB. Use the built-in SNMP Monitoring Browser to explore available variables, view their current values and descriptions, and select the objects you want to monitor. You can then create SNMP monitors, configure thresholds, and receive alerts when monitored values change.
